TuneIn not working on one speaker

I have 6 or 7 of the google nest mini speakers around the house and I use the free TuneIn service to play radio.  A few months ago the device in the Family Room started having issues from time to time not being able to play what I asked it to play.  I'd ask it to play a radio station and it would say "Sorry, something went wrong.  When you are ready, give it another try".  But I'd ask to play a different station and it would work.  But gradually it would become worse over time to the point where it would not play anything.

Then I got the idea to factory reset it and reconfigure it, so I did that but it did not change behavior.

Then I got the idea to swap it with one of the speakers in one of my kids rooms, so I did that and renamed them both and switched the rooms they were in within the app - so they both now had each other's name.

That worked great and I was able to play TuneIn stations again in the Family Room.  It worked for a few days but then the old behavior returned and now the Family Room Speaker cannot play anything again.  And I confirmed that it had not been switched back.

Any ideas?
Are there logs anywhere that I can check to help figure out what is going on?

All the other speakers in the house seem to work fine with TuneIn

I don't have the app on my phone I only use it on the speakers for voice commands.
