I have this speaker for more than a year and it worked flawlessly. But now I cannot cast audio to it anymore. It still works when I ask the assistant to play music, it plays Spotify and YouTube Music without issues. But when I try to cast to it, let's say from my phone, from the Spotify app or the YouTube Music app, doesn't work anymore. I've noticed that same behavior when I try to cast to it from Soundcloud - no success even though I used to be able to do that. All these used to work well up until a few days ago. I cannot think of anything changing - fo sure my hardware setup or settings are the same as they've been all this time. Anyways I did the usual troubleshooting, restarted the router, then unplugged the mini, I even did a complete a complete reset of the Nest Mini then reinstalled the device again through the Google Home app but nothing changed. I tried deleting the Google Home app from my phone then reinstalling it but this also didn't do any good. And yes, all the devices are on the same wifi network, the router settings are as they should be. The wifi is on 2.4 GHz and there's no 5GHz enabled on my router. Please help. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your casting concern.A few questions: when did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Are you using Android or iOS? You can try to use another phone to isolate this.
