I am never able to set alarm on my nest device, it always rejects my request to set timer or alarm with the message, "I am unable to set the alarm right now, please try after sometime".
I could never set an alarm on my nest device. What is the purpose of it, if I am not even able to set timers and Alarms.

Hi again,
Can you please check that you have set up your location settings correctly and that your device is using the correct time. Try "Hey Google, what time is it? And also try What date is it" to check that they are correct.

Could you please let us know more information about what Google Nest device you are using, what county you are using it from and the exact command you are saying.

I am using Nest Mini. I am from India.
This is the command I gave, "set an alarm at 7PM" or "set timer for 25minutes".
Response is "I wasn't able to set that alarm, try again in few seconds".
System firmware version: 279716
Cast firmware: 1.54.279716

Hi Cathal,
Thanks a lot. Alarms and timers are working now, Looks like issue is because of location.
Even though Location was correct it is not accepting alarms and timers. I deleted existing home location and added a new location then rebooted the nest mini. It started to work after these steps.
