Unable to set up new Nest Hub

I am trying to set up a Nest Hub (2nd Gen) on my home network. When I turn on the device it is correctly picked up by the Google Home app and I begin the setup process. However, after setting up the wireless network the device just becomes stuck on the "Connected" screen, telling me to continue the setup process on the app. On the app, it says that the device was correctly set up but that it cannot be found.

I have attempted to factory reset and repeat the installation process without success. It just gets stuck at the same point every time. 

I have an existing Nest Hub (2nd Gen) already on my network. The first was configured without any issue.

Please advise
