I have a Vizio soundbar that claims google assistant support. I owned the same soundbar previously and was able to connect it with the service. I am pretty sure that their app is just garbage, but after speaking with their support team I was told I needed to contact google support. Any help/ideas?
I am unable to proceed after using the google home app and connecting with the vizio service. No devices show up when attempting to search, although I am connected to the soundbar through the app. Tried on two phones, one android, one apple.

I understand that set up issues with a new device can be difficult but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
