Voice recognized on Android phone, but not o Nest Mini

At home, my wife, my son en I all have our own Google account. The voice match of my wife and son are recognized on each of their own phone. All the results al personalized. So that's good.

Now I bought a Nest Mini and my voice is recognized and I get my personal info and playlist on Spotify. And when I say Hey Google, what's my name? then Google sais my name. But, now the problem: when my son of my wife ask the Nest Hey Google, what's my name?  the response is that their voice is nog recognized. Although when they ask the same question on their Android phone, the both get the right, personal repsonse.

 

So why is it that on the phone everything is fine, but on the Nest Mine (or Nest Audio) it isn't working form them?

In the Home app you need to invite them to be members of the Home. After they accept, you need to have them activate voice match for each device in the house.

I would love to be more involved with this subject but no one in my home will tell me what to do or what is going on with this product or products.  Is there some way to make sure how to make this useful in my own personal life and home instead of being clueless about this when situation??? This was brought to my attention by others, not my family who has been doing this for years..I really basically need help through the whole process 

I did invite them all and they and followed al the steps, but still they are not recongnized bythe Nest Mini.

I am sorry to have to ask this again but how can I find out more about this . I have received confirmation saying my voice activation was complete for a business which I have had no idea of this and now beginning to understand how these people have had control of my accounts and my phone or now know how they know everything I say or do . I am really trying to figure out what Is going on bc it seems this was happening in my life for a long time now and Google has been helping me with more and more with this problem. So why would my voice be saved with out me knowing and registered to a company without me being asked about this. I didn't know a business could register your voice or why is it used  ?
