Want to reset Google Home Max

Good day, my google home max is not working properly. It doesn’t connect to the wifi network, no Bluetooth & doesn’t factory reset.

• Make sure that the distance of the Google Nest Hub Max is within range from the router (preferably within 15-20 feet) for a better connection.
• Use the original power cable and plug it in directly on a wall outlet.

Since you meantioned that you are unable to reset the speakers, can you please verify if there are any prompt on the screen or error message while you attempt to reset it? I'd like to know more about it so we can further help you.
