Hi, why isn't Nest showing me the weather on the screen?

Sorry for the confusion. To confirm, have you checked if "Personal Result" is enabled on your device? Also, please make sure that you have weather information enabled on your device. Follow the steps below to know-how:

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. At the top right, tap the account (the icon with your initial or profile picture).
3. Verify the Google Account on screen is the one linked to your Nest display. To switch accounts, tap the drop-down arrow and then choose another account or Add another account .
4. From Home, tap Settings > Google Assistant > Personal results.
5. Follow the in-app steps.
6. Go back to the main page of the Google Home app, then tap your device > settings (gear icon) > photo frame.

Hello,

I will answer each point.
I have personal results enabled on my account.
A Nest device that is not the only one on my network is assigned correctly to my account.
The device is allowed to display weather.
I tried restarting and resetting the Nest display. Unfortunately, that didn't help.

I do not understand your question. weather information is not displayed on the default screen. only dashes are displayed instead of graphics
