- Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
- When did this issue first occur? Is this a new issue?
- Does your device power on and work normally besides this issue?
- Is your microphone on? (There is usually a switch on your device to turn off the microphone, your device will usually show an orange light if the microphone is off)
- Have you tried to do a Factory Data Reset? Are there any improvements?
- A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
