Thanks for your message. Oh no! That sounds very frustrating that your Google Assistant is not responding to you. I understand your frustration and would be more than happy to help find a solution. First, I have some questions about this situation.
  • Which Google device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • When did this issue first occur? Is this a new issue?
  • Does your device power on and work normally besides this issue?
  • Is your microphone on? (There is usually a switch on your device to turn off the microphone, your device will usually show an orange light if the microphone is off)
  • Have you tried to do a Factory Data Reset? Are there any improvements?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
      Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
