It is very horrifying when you sit doing something and all of a sudden google start plsying music or talk without any prior command.
And there is nothing in the history where that command to play something came. How can I fix this??? I was really afraid this time because it was a whispering melody which I have never heard before and we thought someone is in our house...

Hi Drshadi,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s check what’s going on. A few things: Which Nest speaker? How often does it happen within the day? Do you have other Nest speakers? If so, are they doing the same thing?
You can do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest speakers/ displays for 30 seconds, then do the same thing to your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal.
Keep me posted.

Juni

Hi Juni,
Thanks for your reply.
I only have the Nest Audio Chalk and it doesn't happen everyday . I guess the source of those wierd sound is from a relaxing song which Spotify adds to your playlist itself.
It was strange/terrifying because I have never chosen or listened to such track before.
My Audio Nest start playing songs itself at least once a week but since those were from my typical liked or Playlist, it didn't bother me that much.
I will try your recommendation and hope it works.
Regards,
Shadi

Hey there,
Have you tried checking if there's routines set up on your device? Also, try resetting your Nest Audio to its default settings.
Best,
Alex
