Will my Google Nest work with a computer and mobile phone

I've just bought a Google nest mini.  I usually use my data on my phone (Huawei Y5 2018) via hotpot to use my surface pro. I attach a hdmi cable to my TV so I can stream.  Will I be able to do this with the Google nest mini?

Hey @Humphriz Nest devices all require setup using a secure personal WiFi connection. Based on your description and intended use the answer would be no. Mini has a power port for the AC adapter and that's it, there are no other ports on the device and it won't even setup without the personal WiFi network.
