Xiaomi Smart Speaker: Google Home Can't see it

1. Hello,
   i have succesfully connected my 2x speakers xiaomi smart speaker. I've got them in my google home.
2. When i am trying to open them to change the volume / start streaming etc, can't do it . It is written that "cant see spaeker in wifi network. Check if it is online or your phone / tablet is in the same wifi network"
3. I've done also a reaserch: connected everything to mobile hotspot and it worked well. So the problem is probably with the network.
   Please let me know which ports should i open for google home / speaker to make it work properly
