Back in December or November, YTTV disappeared from the option on the Media screen. We used it all the time because the voice prompts are so unreliable. All of the other previous streaming services are still there on that screen.

I've been a YTTV subscriber since Day 1. We watch it daily on our Hub Max but about a year ago our shortcuts/routines stopped working properly so we relied on the Media menu. Now YTTV has just disappeared from that menu.

@nts3rd, thanks for reaching out. This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. If you have personal results enabled, your Nest Display may show you cards with recommendations for content to watch, based on your viewing habits.
You can turn off and turn on personal results on the Google Home app then reboot your Nest Hub Max. Once it booted up, check if YouTube TV will show. Check the steps below on how to get into that setting.

I've turned personal results off/on and done several reboots. Still not YouTube TV shortcuts.
I also get an error if I try to access YTTV from the swipe-up menu. But the gets cut off so I'm not sure what it says.

I did a factory reset. Still no YTTV options under Media and the button on the swipe up menu still has an error.
Oddly, YouTube TV was not an option to link a video service or for live TV?
