connect my galaxy s20 to google nest mini as a speaker without wifi

Hi, I just got a google nest mini 2nd generation - I want to use it as a speaker with just bluetooth - I don't have wifi where I want to use it - I cannot find any setting for blue tooth in google home - I also tried asking the speaker to turn on bluetooth pairing - it just says I can't connect to wifi what ever I do - its driving me bonkers!!
