google mini nest mic keeps saying the mic is off

I’ve been having the issue of the google home mini constantly saying the mic is off when I haven’t done anything to it. I’ve tried to do a factory reset and it just won’t solve the issue. 

anyone else have any tips?

Could you please tell me the model of your Google Nest Mini device? In addition, please let me know if you had the chance to toggle off the microphone switch located next to the power cord, and verify that you don't have anything obstructing the microphone, like a sticker or something similar.
