modification de la voix dans mini nest

Bonjour, j'aimerais modifier la voix de la mini nest. Impossible de trouver le paramètre qui permet de modifier la voix. J'ai contacté l'assistance, qui me parle d'un onglet "voix", que je ne trouve pas dans le menu.

La voix actuelle est trop basse, on ne l'entend pas suffisamment, je préférais l'ancienne plus aiguë.
