my Google Nest Audio is not powering up. What should I do?

Since past few weeks, my Google Nest Audio is not powering on. I tried ordering a new power adapter. Tried keeping it disconnected for few days and then connecting to power. Nothing worked. It is like a dead device now. What can I do?

I appreciate your effort in performing troubleshooting steps trying to order a new adapter. To help further, I need a little more information. Could you please answer the following questions?

  • Did you check if any LED lights appear on the speaker or display?
  • Did the device work for some period of time before failure, or was it dead on arrival?
  • Did you move the device to a different power outlet or location when it stopped?
  • Did the failure happen after any known power-related events? (lightning storms, power outages, power surges, etc.)

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
