nest hub v2 still rebooting

since i was given this nest hub v2 device, i have had nothing but issues of it rebooting 2-5 times a day. i tried to get help from this forum, and all i get are robo emails that you cannot reply to. this device is a piece of junk. your attempt to create a new android setup is a failure. i put this piece of junk in a junk pile for 2 weeks. just tried it again, see that it did update to new firmware, and it's still rebooting. trying to get help on this forum is a joke. you cant reply to emails, so what's the point? last google device i ever will get. since this was a gift i have no way to return it. your customer service is among the worst i have ever experienced. if my company did this to a client, they would be fired. all i get from you is a robo email, with some fake name, from a 3rd world google center. you're a joke...
