nest mini 2 gen lost connection

hi

 

 My Google Nest loses the internet connection every 2 days, I then search for the device via the app and can then
connect again for about 2 days. I have already tried all the suggested things but the problem remains the same.
Is there really no solution? Or is it no longer worth the effort for Google to find a solution for this?

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • Is the Nest Mini powered on?
  • How far is the Nest Mini from the Wi-Fi router?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the Nest Mini?
  • Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the Nest device is connected?
  • Do you see an error message?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

 

In the meantime, let's check a few things:

 

  • Restart Router: A simple restart can often resolve connection inconvenience.
  • Reboot your Nest Device: For reference, you can check out this article: Reboot Google Nest Mini.

hello, I have done all the steps, restart the router, restart (Google nest), the nest mini is only 1 meter from the router, all the smart things have been disconnected from the WiFi, usually after 2 days the (google nest) only responds with ping and says that there is no internet connection, the app then says that the nest is offline, then I search for the device and then it is fine again for about 2 days, sometimes the nest cannot even be found and then I have to go to a factory do reset.
I have now seen on several forums that this problem has been occurring for a very long time without a useful solution. I purchased this device because I found it useful, but I am now suspicious of purchasing multiple devices from Google.

Unfortunately they could not solve my small problem and I will be left with a poorly functioning device, so I will not expand the system with Google products because I have no confidence in it.
