"an error has occured" as 2:30 am hits without activation. Every night, Every day.

Every night, Every day, my Nest Hub says:

"an error has occured" and "there was a glitch" at 2:30 AM with the screen going blank, becoming completely unresponsive for 30 seconds.

This happens even tho I dont even say "Hey Google" or "OK Google",

It's literally completely silent in my room.

This has been going on for 2 months and I'm not very sure how to fix it or whats causing it.

I stay up a lot at night and it somehow keeps doing this, even waking me up once.

It's becoming a problem.

Can someone help me troubleshoot/fix this issue?

Hi Inkstray,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub concern. I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. Did you set up a routine to run at that time? See the steps below on how to check on your pre-made and created routines:

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. Tap Automations select the Routine you want to edit.

Check out the helpful link below to know more about it.
