Any chromecast remote won’t pair, and using the iOS android tv app doesn’t work either.

Recently my remotes won’t pair to the chromecast device at all, no matter what I try and I can’t use the iOS android tv app as it doesn’t work at all, and idk what to do .

Not being able to use your remote with your Chromecast would make for a frustrating situation, so I'd be happy to help you out. First, are you using a Chromecast with Google TV? If so, what color is the remote's LED light? For example, if it's glowing a solid white color, it could mean the remote is listening for a command.
