I can't change the country on my play account, so I can't download certain streaming apps on chromec

I've just bought a Chromecast last month and while I love it, I can't download HBO or Paramounts streaming services. After looking into the problem, I think my Google Play account is set to Iceland (i seem to have access to Iceland specific streaming apps on the play store), where I lived when I made the Play account, but I when I go into settings>manage apps and devices  the menu for changing the country just doesn't appear like it does in the manuals online. Anyone had a similar problem and solved it?

Hey there Dave939,

That's no good to hear that you can't download HBO or Paramount+ because of your Google Play location. Go ahead and follow the steps listed in this article on how to change that Google Play address. While you're at it, I would also recommend that you change your address in the Google Home app as well.
