Palsonic TV compatibility

I've just bought a Chromecast with GoogleTV (HD) and set it up on the TV in my caravan. It works well but when trying to get the remote to operate the TV I couldn't find Palsonic on the list of TV brands. Is there another brand I could try that is compatible or am I forever doomed to using two remotes?

Does the HDMI port, where you connected the Chromecast to, has Consumer Electronics Control (CES) support? As a workaround, use your phone as remote (here typing dta from phone keyboaed is also easier):

Bob521, please take note that although there are TV brands that can be set up for Chromecast with Google TV (HD) however, not pairable/compatible with the Voice Remote. 

As a workaround, you may try to choose a different brand from the list, which in your view has the same country of manufacture as the TV. You may also search for TV remote codes online and see if any other brand matches the same code as Palsonic, and select that other brand instead. However, please be informed that this step may or may not work.
