I don't believe that the answer marked resolved, they said it works from their phone but not Chrome. The original issue is stated to be an issue with Chrome.
I also have this issue and have tried:
Resetting Chromecasts
Clearing Browser Data
Updating Device
Using different Chrome - Canary and Normal.
Still no resolution.
