"Incorrect ID or password" WRONG!!

Went to Log-in to Home App on Samsung phone. Kicked out five (5) times with "Incorrect ID or password" Error.

After sixth (6th)attempt, App opened up normally; digital equivalent of "Never Mind!"?    WTH??

Now ... about all the Chromecast "no network connection" nonsense - all of which started when I simply attempted to watch an IFC program using my Roku Ultra ...     At the risk of repeating myself ... WTH???

Thanks for reaching out — lets see whats going on. Glad that you are able to log in to Google Home app. A few questions: what Chromecast device are we working with? When did the issue start? Has there been any changes on the router settings or network connection? Also, what steps have you taken so far? Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

 

  1. Plug in your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
  2. Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.
  3. Reset your Chromecast device
