Same issue on my end. 2 Years working fine, then suddenly for the past
several months the lock started to randomly go offline about 3-5 times a
week. The "Nest Connect" device is plugged in to the wall outlet
literally about 6 feet a way from the loc...
Add me as another user affected by this annoyance. Video playback of a
past event on any of 5 wired or battery-powered cameras randomly stops
with a message "Camera unavailable - Couldn't reach this camera", though
I can immediately return to viewing...
