Cannot connect nest mini or google tv to google home

Google home app on my Samsung Galaxy S21, Google TV on my Sony Bravia (brand new purchase 2 months ago) and brand new Nest Mini bought yesterday. WiFi is working, all three are connect, but they refuse to speak to each other. Nothing I try has worked...
