Agree!!! Google has sent 0 emails/communication. They charge a hell of a lot for CRAP.

EXACTLY!!! These canned responses. I did everything mentioned, including unplugging and replugging... I also removed the device and reinstalled it. NOTHING IS WORKING!!!

I'm already researching other options. Silence is never a good sign and the Google response has been nonexistent.
