Hot water boiler heat therostat and second AC thermostat to one Nest Thermostat

I have a 1960's hot water radiator heat thermostate (honeywell Hg type) and a separate honeywell Hg type thermostat for the AC (1980's). How to connect them to one Nest Thermostat? The existing wiring are about 1 ft apart.
