Factory reset makes no sense at all.First of all, I couldn't add a
doorbell from iOS, only on Android it worked.Second, the camera stopped
working 2 hours after adding it again.Greetings from Poland
I had the same problem today. Live offline and unable to add device to
app after factory reset on iOS. Luckily I still had an android device
and I was able to connect the doorbell on it. I didn't enjoy it too long
because the video preview worked for...
