This screenshot leads me to believe you may be having an issue with
connecting to WiFi or not finding the device you are trying to install.
This screenshot is different than the screen freeze during setup in the
Nest App when you reach choosing a roo...
When you get to where it freezes, pick the room your nest is in then set
your phone down for a few minutes. It will move on and continue the
install. This is an issue when using iPhones. Once installed everything
is fine.
