As South Africa isn't a country that Google Nest currently officially sell devices in I unfortunately doubt that this will be a priority, sorry.

You can always cast these stations from a mobile device to a Google Home or Nest speaker or display.

We don't have any news to share about additional music providers on the Google Home or Google Nest speakers and displays, we're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback. You may want to try using your voice to listen to the radio.
