All devices offline for my wife but not me

Just got a nest doorbell (battery) and two cameras (battery) to go with three thermostats we already have.

set them up in my app on my phone and they work great. Invited my wife and downloaded the Home app on her phone.  She sees the home and all the devices but all of them show up offline. Restarted the app, rebooted the phone. Nothing.  I see everything from mine, she sees everything offline from hers.

no changes to network, modem, provider, etc.   I’m on an iPhone 11 running iOS 16.6 and she is as well.

help please!

Hello Toddclare3610,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with this. Let’s check it out.

Please try the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Open the iPhone's Settings > General > Date and Time. Tap Set Automatically, toggle it off, and then turn it back on. Make sure that the timezone, date, and time are correct.
  2. Go back to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Google Home. Make sure the Google Home app has permission to use the phone's location.
  3. Check for any updates for the Google Home app in the Apple App Store.
  4. Check for any iOS updates.
  5. Uninstall the Google Home app, restart the iPhone, and then reinstall the Google Home app.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,

Lance
