All routines are missing

Like others have described, all of my routines are gone from the Google Home app. I can’t see or edit any of the dozen+ I have created over the years, and my sunset-based ones have stopped working entirely. 

Just about ready to become an Al exa household. 

To head off the obvious, I’ve already:

- uninstalled/reinstalled the app

- deleted the home entirely to start over

- reset every device individually

They are now Automations.

For me at least, everything is still there under the Automations tab in the center of the bottom of the screen.

 

Sounds like we have different versions of the app. No automations tab for me (yet, at least).

abbajabanana, were there any recent changes or updates before your routines disappears? Do you have the public preview version of the Google Home app? Also, is it a custom routines or the build-in ones?

Hey all thanks for the replies. So my visible "Personal Routines" are all the pre-defined by Google ones (e.g. Bedtime).

All the ones I built, before the division into Personal and Household, are gone. And I cannot create any new ones at all.

If I try to create a Personal routine, it does not appear in the app and does not work; if I create a Household routine, it does appear in the app but still doesn't work (Google Assistant responds "Sorry I didn't understand")

We appreciate your effort. Could you please send us a photo/screenshot of what you're getting every time you access routines on the Home app? Also, have you tried using a different phone to see if you will get the same options?

In the screenshots, you can see the test routine that alas doesn't function. I'll try to convince someone to let me use their phone.

Hello there,

 

We don't want to be a nudge but we're checking back in if you had the chance to create a Personal Routines using a different phone. Also, what country are you located in and what language is set on your Google Home?

I’ve since been updated to the new UI, but still can’t see any personal routines except the pre-defined ones. I was able to create a new personal routine that responds to the start command, but like the others it is still not visible anywhere in the app, alas. 

I’m in the US with an English setup.

Thanks for letting us know. We'd like to dig deeper on what's happening with your routines, could you provide us the cast firmware version of your devices? What's the make and model of your phone and it's OS version? Also, what's the version of your Google Home app?
