Hello, All
Trying to install app on Galaxy A54. Previously working with different phone. G2 Hub. Element Classic E11-G13 bulbs
Get "This operation failed. Please try again"
What I have tried so far:
Requesting new password
Setting up new account with different email
setting up account with new email
Clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling app, restarting phone, installing app.
Same results for all attempts listed above, get to "Next" screen after entering information and get error "This operation failed. Please try again"
Thanks

Hello, Russell
Thanks for getting back to me.
Had the same problem with wife's phone. She has an S21, I have an A54. Several blogs say it is due to Sengled servers being down. Everything worked for several years. Worked until it didn't. Servers being down may cause downloading apps and not recovering passwords, but can't see why a hub based system would quit working when servers down. Anyway, decided not to wait for solution and replaced the Sengled bulbs with bulbs of another brand that do not require hub or Sengled servers/ app.
Just for record, anyone following, no error messages this morning, I can activate a new account and request password reset now so maybe it was a server related issue. Tried to respond yesterday with your email link but it was bounced back so emails still may need attention.
