Battery Nest Camera

My Google Cam with battery  wont  connect to Google Home. I set it to factory settings and used the code that is on the camera because I no longer have the QR code. I have had it for over a year but I've never been able to eat it to connect to Google home or assistant. I have followed all the steps. They're both connected to the same Wi-Fi as well.

  • When you try to connect your Nest Cam to Google Home, are you getting a specific error message or code?
  • Can you confirm that the Google Home app is fully updated on your phone?
