Can I control devices from different brands with the Google Home app? Specifically, I'm interested in knowing if the app seamlessly integrates with a variety of smart home devices, such as smart lights, thermostats, and security cameras, regardless of the brand.

For example, I have smart lights from Brand A and a smart thermostat from Brand B – will I be able to manage and control them all through the Google Home app without any compatibility issues?

Additionally, are there any known limitations or considerations when trying to connect devices from diverse manufacturers to ensure a smooth and unified smart home experience?
