After years of working, my Lutron integration with GH stopped working. (Sorry, I can't connect to Lutron message.) I tried following the steps of unlinking my Lutron acct, but can't. When I link, Lutron doesn't show in the list of linked accounts. So when I try to unlink, because Lutron isn't there, I can't Unlink. I can unlink from the Lutron app, but the lights still show, as offline, in my home.
I've factory reset everything to no avail.
There seems to be a bug related either to having multiple homes, or multiple people in your home. When I removed everyone from my home and got out of other homes, I was able to unlink Lutron and start over. Hopefully, this helps others. Google, please take note of this complex, but valid, use case. Users SHOULD be able to have multiple homes and have multiple members in their home without breaking integrations. In my case, I was showing that I was linked when I looked under my Google account, but wasn't showing I was linked in the Google Home app, hence the "Sorry, couldn't connect to Lutron" message.
