Can't reach ConnectLife

MarioPantza
Community Member

I had ConnectLife linked service connected on Google home but had to uninstall it.

I try to reinstall it but after the login page where I enter correctly my credentials it says cannot reach ConnectLife try again later. I tried several times but always the same message.

Thus I cannot add a air condition device to Google home

Any solutions ???

As the problem is resolved, I'm posting an respond from ConnectLife support  that arrived today:

"Thank you for reaching out to ConnectLife! We apologize for the inconvenience this causes you and are happy to help you.

In the recent week, a brief lapse in the functionality of voice skills within the ConnectLife application occurred. We regret any inconvenience or difficulties this situation may have caused you. Our dedicated team promptly identified and successfully resolved the issue at the earliest opportunity.

You might need to re-link the voice assistant with the ConnectLife app, but we are confident you should no longer encounter any further disruptions. We kindly ask for your confirmation regarding the resolution of the problem.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Best regards"

Is ConnectLife down? I am having the same issue

The standalone app ConnectLife works just fine. I can control my device from the app.
Only with Google home the service sees to have a problem......

Yes, same for me.

Same here. The stand alone app works, but Google Home no longer can connect to the AC or the app. Very frustrating. I tried to unlink and now cannot relink. It fails after the login page with the cannot connect error.

Same issue here. I just bought the unit a week ago and it worked just fine until August 10th. Then it showed as offline. I tried to reconnect with the same error as above and then I removed it to try to start from scratch and now it won't connect at all. The ConnectLife app works great but Google Home won't connect now.

Also experiencing this, uninstall and reinstall of the app didn't help.

Sent a message to their support on Saturday. Waiting for an answer

Maybe if they receive multiple questions they will look into this

I literally just submitted a support request also. Uploaded a screenshot of the error message from Google Home, too. Hopefully, they'll have an answer soon.

Yes same … was working then stopped. Unlinked and tried to re-link but no luck. Has something went wrong error after it says it’s linked. Strange as the unit is only a few months old and worked fine up to just the past week or so

Same! Thought it was just me.

Hoping someone has had some luck with connecting it 🙂

Exact same situation for me, which makes me assume that the problem is ConnectLife.

Same. Disconnected a few days ago, can't reconnect.

Same here, standalone app works

Same issue here. When going to the credentials page to login, it says connect life is unreachable. The connect life app works well, though, as well as the alexa integration.

Installed google home on my tablet. Try to connect ConnectLife service in it and it was accepted.

Now it appears on my home in my phone too and works

Weird

I tried again and now it works; thank you guys to let me know the problem was solved.

Update! Tried again tonight 15/8/23 and finally success. Went through same process as  dozen times before. Linking through works with google .. entering email and password on the ConnectLife site when prompted then linked and all good for now!
