Cannot add family

Trying to add my mom who has a valid email but the domain name is not Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo. The invite will not send. How do I get her access with her email address?

Hey there, 

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with sending an email invite to your mom, I'm sure it's confusing but I'm happy to help. 

She can try to add nest or google to her whitelist within her email inbox, but the easiest workaround would be to have her create a gmail account as the email will easily work with that domain.
