I Am not able to link hismart life (hisense application) on my Google home app. When i login on my hisense account to get the authorization, i can't see any device working on my dashboard google home.

Similar problem with LG thinQ app. In this case, i can see my televition but it doesn't work by Google home app, because it appears As offline.

Could be any temporary iusse with Google home app?

Hi folks,

Warmest welcome from the Community team @Marcaugel, @Mk1976!

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out. What Nest speakers do you? Is this for a first time set up?

To make sure, all devices should be on the same WiFi network. Also, they must be on the same frequency if it's activated(2.4 GHz or 5 GHz). I need you to follow the steps when you open the links below to better the understanding and acquire other troubleshooting steps:

Tell me how it goes.

Best,

Dan

@Dan_Athanks a lot for the reply

I have done everything that you mention and unfortunately nothing works!

What i am trying to do is to link my acs which i control from hismart life app with google home.
I open google home click on + symbol add device then choose works with google choose from the list the hismart life app. At first i receive a notification that hismart life app in linked and in a while i received a notification that something went wrong please try later.

At this point is good to mention that i have connected broadband app, heos, home connect app etc with google home and everything works fine.

It seems that hismart life has a problem to connected with google home

Hey Mk1976,

It would seem like the only other choice is to contact HiSmart Life and tell them about your concern. By the way, what Nest speaker do you use for your 3rd party smart devices? Before you contact them, you might need to do a sequential reboot by unplugging and re-plugging your devices starting with your router follow by your Nest speaker. Restarting your phone might also help. Lastly, you can try to do a factory reset to revert it back to its default and original settings. You need to set it back up and try to link your HiSmart Life to Google Home.

Keep me posted.

Thanks,

Dan
