Cannot login to Nest app, do not receive pw reset email

Cannot login to Nest app, do not receive pw reset email. The app has been working fine until this week when I got locked out. 

I tried resetting the password...No email received!

Ive checked that @Nest.com is whitelisted etc in my gmail account. No Joy so far.

My thermostat is a third gen so I cannot use the Google Home app and it is reporting not connected to the Nest App.

None of the devices that I used on the Nest App appear in Google Home so Im not using the wrong App nor have they been migrated.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience that you are having when trying to log in using your Nest account. I understand that you were randomly logged out and cannot log in again or even change the password because you are not receiving the reset password emails. You have also checked that your email can receive emails from Nest. Let’s work together.

Here are a few steps for you to follow:

  1. Check if your account is already migrated yet by checking the instructions in the next article: Change or reset your Nest account password.
  2. Checked if you have received any email from Nest that asks to confirm your account's deletion.
  3. I can see that you have already checked that you are able to receive emails from Nest; then contact your ISP or email provider for further information.
