I tried resetting the password...No email received!
Ive checked that @Nest.com is whitelisted etc in my gmail account. No Joy so far.
My thermostat is a third gen so I cannot use the Google Home app and it is reporting not connected to the Nest App.
None of the devices that I used on the Nest App appear in Google Home so Im not using the wrong App nor have they been migrated.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience that you are having when trying to log in using your Nest account. I understand that you were randomly logged out and cannot log in again or even change the password because you are not receiving the reset password emails. You have also checked that your email can receive emails from Nest. Let’s work together.
