Casting issues

My devices are connected but casting screen option is not available,  showing not playing . Why I am facing such problems. Pls tell me how to solve this problem.

Hey Tushar16,

 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues casting to your devices. Let's try to get to the bottom of this. A few questions: What specific Google Home or Nest devices do you have? How far is your device from your router?

 

If you haven't tried anything yet, please make sure that your casting device is within 15-20 feet of the router to make sure that it is getting enough signal from your network. Also, reboot your casting device and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leaving them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back in one at a time, at intervals.
