I have our google home setup with an email we cannot access anymore, so i can't verify or approve any changes via this old account. How do I change to our current email in this situation?

I would think if you can't access the Google account linked to your Google Home app then I think you would have to set everything up from scratch...new gmail (account) and then factory reset all Nest speakers and link them to the new account.
