There is a message on the help centre in regards to this. There is a known issue but they don't yet have a fix for it.

Master bedroom TV may be set up, but we could not communicate with it from your iPhone. Make sure that you have enabled local network access in your iPhone’s privacy settings. Then try again.
is this what other people are getting after troubleshooting with everything possible?
