Chromechast problems

  • Hello. I deconected the chromcast device from Netflix account and now i can't/ I don't know how to log in again. If i try to cast directly from netflix app it says that both devices should be connected to the same netflix account.

Thanks for reaching out. Are you logging into the Netflix app on your Chromecast with Google TV? To log in to your Netflix account, please search for the Netflix app and open it, then you should see an option to enter your Netflix account credentials. Once you've successfully logged in, you should be able to watch your favorite movies and shows.

 

Also, when casting video content from a mobile phone to your TV, please double check that your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast. Check out this support website article to see how to cast a video content from a Chromecast-enabled app.
