Computer is blocking access to Nest Home

I'm unable to access Nest Home website (spinning box).  But it is only happening on one computer on my home network.  I can access it on another computer (using the same Google account) and with the phone app.  So there is nothing wrong with the cameras.  I ruled out my browser (Chrome) because I'm having the same issue with Edge.  I have no accounts logged into Edge.  I've ruled out my Google account, again,  same issue in Edge with no Google account logged in.  I've ruled out my McAfee AV/Firewall by turning them off.  I've flushed my DNS cache.  My problem computer is on the same network using the same router as my computer that works fine for Nest Home access.  A nslookup returns 34.117.101.60.  I'm at a loss on what could be causing the access issue.  I have no other ongoing problems with any other website. OS is Windows 11 Home V2H2.

Hey Nelsons_Revenge,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing the Google home for web.

Since you exhausted all possible troubleshooting steps and it's only happening on one computer, I suggest contacting your computer manufacturer for additional assistance.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Alex

Hello there,

I wanted to follow up and see if you are still in need of any help. Let me know if you are still having any trouble from here, as I would be happy to take a closer look and assist you further.

Regards,

Alex

Yes, I'm still trying to figure this out.  When I attempt to open the home.nest.com website at the bottom of the page it says waiting on accounts.google.com then just sits there with a spinning blue wheel.  When I unlink my google account from nest in Chrome, I then get the login in screen and am able to login once by linking my google account again to nest account.  After that one time, it stops working again.

Hi Nelsons_Revenge,

While we love to help and since all the steps have been done, it's best to contact your computer manufacturer to further check the settings of your device.

Let us know if you have other questions with your Google Nest devices otherwise, we'll lock the thread after 24 hours.

Thanks,
Alex
