Connecting to nVent Nuheat SIGNATURE

I am trying to connect the home app with the 'nVent Nuheat SIGNATURE'.  This is a thermostat for a bathroom floor heat system. The thermostat is online and I can connect to it with their proprietary app. This had been working, but now when I try to connect it says it can't be found. Any suggestions?

Same problem as of this morning with exact same behavior - can reach with prop app, can't connect to Google Home.  I assume it is a nuheat issue.

I have sent email to NuHeat at 820 Am ET on 12/31/25.  Asking them to reply in this thread with a solution.

I was finally able to connect my Nuheat Signature thermostat to my Googlel Home app last night.  Thanks again for your help!
