In my devices i see two identical devices, how do i remove one

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what are these devices? Where do you exactly see them as a duplicate device? Have you tried using a different phone and checking if it shows the same duplicate device? What are the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried?
