Mi Home vacuum Mop 2 Pro+

I've bought a Xiaomi vacuum mop pro in March and it worked perfectly until recently. However, since the firmware of the vacuum cleaner was updated it desapeared from the Google home app and now it doesn't find the device even after the reset.

Does anyone know anything about it?

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. A few questions: can you still see the Mi Home vacuum mop 2 Pro+ device in its native app? Were you able to control it there? Do you have other devices linked to the Mi Home app?
 

Try to unlink Mi Home > Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app > Relink Mi Home > Command Google Assistant to “Sync my devices”. Let me know how it goes.

Hi there,
 

Since the issue started after an update on your Mi Home vacuum mop 2 Pro+ device, I suggest that you contact Mi Home Support to check if there’s changes that happened on its integration to Google Assistant, or if there’s any settings you need to enable from the native app.
